<![CDATA[This study aims to design and develop a web-based daily performance reporting application for Non-Permanent Employees at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BKAD) of North Sumatra Province. The problems identified in the existing system include the use of physical documents for daily reporting, which causes the verification and recapitulation processes to require considerable time and creates risks of documents being damaged, lost, or misplaced. To address these problems, a web-based application was developed to integrate the processes of data entry, verification, storage, recapitulation, and presentation of employees’ daily reports. The system development method used is the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application was developed using PHP with the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database management system. The system has three types of users, namely Employees, Validators or Division Heads, and Treasurers, each with different access rights. System functionality testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that each application function operates according to user requirements. The developed application is expected to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the daily reporting process, facilitate report verification and recapitulation, reduce the use of physical documents, and support employee performance evaluation and allowance calculation at BKAD of North Sumatra Province.]]>
