The efficiency of the inbound process is a crucial factor in maintaining smooth operations in modern warehousing. The Lithos Warehouse at the Depot Supply Point (DSP), PT XYZ, faces constraints due to the absence of a systematically measured standard time, causing operational performance evaluations to rely on subjective estimates that potentially conceal time waste. This study aims to measure work time, establish standard time parameters, and evaluate the efficiency of the inbound process flow, which includes unloading-staging, checking, and put-away activities. The approach used is the Time Study method through direct observation of 77 actual data points for each activity. Data processing involves statistical validity testing (data adequacy and consistency tests), performance rating adjustment using the Westinghouse Rating System, and allowance factor calculations. The results successfully establish the official standard times: 24.29 minutes for unloading-staging, 29.12 minutes for checking, and 111.90 minutes for put-away. Based on the Process Efficiency Score, all work stations are categorized as inefficient, achieving scores of 79.78%, 73.24%, and 74.82%, respectively. The study concludes that time waste gaps exist in the field, with the put-away activity recording the largest time loss of 28.17 minutes per cycle, making it the primary priority for the company's operational improvement proposals.
