Kemuningan Village, located in Taman Krocok Sub-district, Bondowoso Regency, has the largest geographical area in its sub-district. However, limited technology access and conventional administrative information management remain the main obstacles to public information dissemination and efficient administrative services. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to implement a blog-based village website as a user-friendly, economical, and easily manageable alternative media for village officials. The implementation method consisted of four main stages: needs analysis, website content-layout design, technical training (Bimtek) for village officials, and continuous mentoring evaluation. The results show that the use of a blog-based village website successfully improved the digital literacy of village officials. In addition, this platform effectively serves as an instrument for village budget (APBDes) transparency and accelerates the flow of information on administrative services for the local community.
