High commercial feed costs necessitate the use of alternative feed ingredients such as Azolla pinnata. This study evaluated the inclusion of Trichoderma harzianum-fermented Azolla pinnata Meal (TAT) on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, and hematology of male Muscovy ducks (Cairina moschata). A total of 120 male ducks (4 weeks old) were assigned to 4 dietary treatments (P0: 0% TAT, P1: 7.5% TAT, P2: 15% TAT, and P3: 22.5% TAT) with 5 replications in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). Parameters observed included body weight gain (BWG), feed intake, feed conversion ratio (FCR), dry matter digestibility (DMD), crude protein digestibility (CPD), and hematological profiles (RBC, WBC, Hb, Ht). Data were analyzed using ANOVA and Duncan's test. Results indicated that P2 (15% TAT) achieved the highest BWG (1842.30 ± 32.15 g) and best FCR (3.21 ± 0.08) compared to P0 control (BWG: 1685.12 ± 28.40 g; FCR: 3.65 ± 0.11). Crude protein digestibility reached its peak in P2 (74.82 ± 1.12%). Blood values remained within healthy normal ranges across all treatments. However, 22.5% TAT (P3) decreased growth due to high fiber content. It is concluded that replacing commercial feed with up to 15% TAT effectively improves growth performance and feed efficiency in Muscovy ducks.
