This study examines legal issues involving criminal liability, gambling, Langkat Resort Police. It employs empirical juridical research and draws on interviews, statutory regulations, legal literature. The findings show that the applicable legal framework must be connected to the specific elements and facts of the case. Investigation or implementation also requires consistent documentary records, witness statements, relevant evidence, and procedural safeguards.
