Curriculum change is part of the dynamics of education that aims to improve the quality of learning. However, the implementation of this change often poses challenges, especially for teachers in elementary schools. This study uses a literature study method to analyze the impact of curriculum change on the effectiveness of teacher performance. This study refers to various relevant literature, both in the form of books, journal articles, research reports, and education policy documents. The results of the study indicate that curriculum change has a complex impact, both positive and negative. The effectiveness of teacher performance is greatly influenced by training factors, administrative support, and mental readiness. This study also provides recommendations to support teachers in facing the challenges of curriculum change through ongoing training and provision of adequate resources.
