Information technology infrastructure in distribution companies requires a centralized monitoring system to observe Windows client devices, Accurate 5 database connections, device performance, and system activities. This study aims to design and evaluate an RSyslog-based Centralized Log Monitoring Dashboard with a threshold-based real-time alert mechanism, since manual monitoring may delay disruption detection. The system was developed using Laravel, MySQL, RSyslog, Firebird 2.5, Windows Agent, ZeroTier, and Telegram Bot API. Testing was conducted on two Windows client devices through six evaluation scenarios: log delivery, telemetry delivery, Firebird connection failure, inactive Accurate 5 application, heartbeat lost, and normal condition. The centralized logging test ran for 41.4 minutes with 25 collected logs, while alert testing was conducted on three disruption scenarios. The results show that all transmitted logs were received, five types of monitoring data were available on the dashboard, and all alert scenarios were successfully detected and delivered through Telegram notifications. The average notification delivery time was 0.67 seconds, with a maximum delay of 1 second. The system supports centralized monitoring, although testing was limited to a small number of devices and scenarios.
