<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the condition of the work environment, competence, compensation, job satisfaction, and employee performance at Public Health Centers in Bojongloa Kaler District. The study also examines the effect of work environment, competence, and compensation on job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously, as well as the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. This research employed a quantitative approach using descriptive and verification methods. The research unit consisted of employees working at three Public Health Centers in Bojongloa Kaler District, with 60 civil servant respondents. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. Data analysis used path analysis to examine causal relationships among the research variables. The results indicate that the work environment affects job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.399 and a total effect of 32.14%. Competence affects job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.286 and a total effect of 22.77%. Compensation affects job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.286 and a total effect of 21.07%. Simultaneously, work environment, competence, and compensation contribute 76.00% to job satisfaction, while the remaining 24.00% is explained by other factors outside the research model. Job satisfaction affects employee performance with a path coefficient of 0.886 and a contribution of 78.50%, while the remaining 21.50% is explained by other factors outside the model. These findings indicate that improving the work environment, employee competence, and compensation represents an important strategic aspect associated with increasing job satisfaction and employee performance at Public Health Centers in Bojongloa Kaler District.]]>
