Exclusive breastfeeding rates in Indonesia remain low, while one in four postpartum mothers is at risk of psychiatric disorders that may affect milk production. This highlights the need for innovative interventions to enhance breastfeeding self-efficacy and reduce maternal depressive symptoms. The “Lancar ASI Sehat Ibu Riang Anak dan Happy” (LASIRAH) application was developed as a digital education tool providing structured guidance on self-efficacy and maternal depression. This study contributed to developing and evaluating the effectiveness of the "Lancar ASI Sehat Ibu Riang Anak dan Happy" (LASIRAH) digital application on breastfeeding self-efficacy and maternal depressive symptoms among postpartum mothers. This research and development study used the ADDIE model. It was tested for feasibility using the USE Questionnaire with 30 respondents, achieving an overall score of 84.54%, indicating that the application was highly feasible. Effectiveness was further assessed using a quasi-experimental pre- and post-test with a control group design involving 60 postpartum mothers in Cilacap Regency, selected through consecutive sampling. Instruments included the Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale-Short Form (BSES-SF) and the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS). Data were analyzed using independent t-tests and paired t-tests. Results showed that LASIRAH significantly increased breastfeeding self-efficacy and reduced postpartum depression scores. The LASIRAH application proved effective as a digital health education medium to support breastfeeding practices and maternal mental health. This study contributes evidence for integrating systematically developed, user-tested digital interventions into routine postpartum care in Indonesia
