Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as hypertension, gestational diabetes, and obesity pose notable challenges to maternal and fetal health. This activity at Poskesdes Suoto Tatakan aimed to raise awareness among 30 pregnant women about NCD prevention. Participants primarily ranged from 20 to 35 years old (50%), with 26.7% under 20 and 23.3% over 35. Most had a high school education (73.3%). Using interactive methods like educational videos and group discussions, the program covered NCDs, their risk factors, impacts on pregnancy, and preventive measures such as health check-ups, physical activity, and healthy eating. A memorable slogan reinforced key messages. The program led to a significant increase in participants' understanding of NCDs, as shown by their active engagement and commitment to healthier lifestyles. This initiative successfully empowered pregnant women and could serve as a model for similar health interventions in other communities.
