<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effects of zakat literacy and the social environment on agricultural zakat payment awareness among coffee farmers in Talang Pito Village, Bermani Ilir District, Kepahiang Regency, Indonesia. A quantitative associative design was employed involving 198 coffee farmers, from which 132 respondents were selected using simple random sampling based on the Slovin formula. Data were collected through a structured Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The findings reveal that zakat literacy and the social environment each have a positive and significant effect on agricultural zakat payment awareness, while both variables jointly have a significant influence on farmers’ awareness. These findings indicate that cognitive and social factors play important roles in shaping farmers’ awareness of agricultural zakat payment. This study contributes to the agricultural zakat literature by providing empirical evidence on the complementary roles of zakat literacy and the social environment in shaping farmers’ awareness. The findings also offer practical implications for zakat institutions and policymakers in developing more effective community-based zakat education and awareness programs.]]>
