The rapid advancement of information technology has encouraged religious organizations to adopt information systems to improve service effectiveness for congregation members. HKBP Petojo Church in Jakarta still delivers service information manually through verbal announcements, printed media, and unintegrated social media, which risks delays and miscommunication. This research designs and develops a web-based Church Service Information System to centralize the management of church service information and facilitate congregation members' access to it. The system was built using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, comprising Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, and Cutover stages, with Laravel as the backend framework, Vue.js as the user interface, and MySQL as the database. Two user roles are accommodated: Church Admin and congregation. The Admin can manage congregation data, schedules, announcements, bulletins, galleries, and church profiles, while congregation members can access worship schedules, announcements, church history, galleries, and bulletins. Testing was conducted manually using Black Box Testing across 27 scenarios, all successful, yielding a 100% success rate. The results show that the system fulfills the functional requirements and provides a centralized, easily accessible medium for church service information.
