<![CDATA[The success of a project management is not only depend on the teams involved in it, but it is also determined by the appropriate chief operator . The selection of the chief operator is a very important thing in project management, as appropriate chief will be able to bring his team to produce good products on time. The selection of the chief operator can be categorized as a multi-criteria decision, in which a chief is chosen must meet several criterias. In the selection of the chief operator, there are many candidates with different values on each of the criteria, where each criterion has a different priority. This is often becomes quite complex problem. At present, there are many methods to assist in decision making. One method which has been tested and widely used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP works by comparing the level of importance of each criterion, and the value of the candidate on each criterion in order to produce the best candidate decisions. The study will be conducted with the input level of interest in the pair wise comparison matrix of criteria and comparison of each candidate on each criterion with pair wise comparison matrix. The final result is obtained from the calculation of the total value of each candidate for all criteria.]]>
