Abstract This research seeks to examine the business management and legal standing of Al-Mashduqiah Convection, recognize the difficulties faced in its management, and develop enhancement strategies suitable for the requirements of the business within the pesantren context. This research utilized a qualitative method featuring a descriptive research framework. Information was gathered via observation, interviews, and documentation related to individuals involved in managing Al-Mashduqiah Convection. Data were examined using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion formulation. The results indicate that the management of Al-Mashduqiah Convection has been carried out by distributing responsibilities among administrative and production roles, in addition to planning, executing, and monitoring. Nonetheless, administrative oversight, financial documentation, inventory management, and marketing still need enhancement. Regarding business legality, the company previously lacked a Business Identification Number (NIB). The enhancement plan emphasizes refining administrative oversight, digitizing financial documentation, bolstering inventory control, expanding marketing efforts, and enhancing business compliance. Enhancing these elements is anticipated to promote more structured, professional, and sustainable business governance and aid in the growth of Al-Mashduqiah Convection as a business entity within the pesantren.
