The Define stage identified students’ needs for tourism-related vocabulary, useful expressions, dialogues, speaking practice, and role-play activities. The Design stage produced a booklet consisting of three units: Welcoming Tourists, Giving Directions, and Describing Tourist Attractions. In the Develop stage, the booklet was validated by three experts. The content expert and language expert each obtained a score of 4.00 (100%), while the design and layout expert obtained 3.56 (89%).
