<![CDATA[The primary goal of this research is to analyze empowerment services through optimizing the implementation of the Jakpreneur program. This research implements a descriptive qualitative method for data collection, including interviews, observations, and relevant documents. The data analysis involves data collection, reduction, presentation, and concluding with verification. The Jakpreneur program provided to MSME business actors is the facilitation of Registration, Training, Mentoring, Licensing, Marketing, Financial Reporting, and Capital. Based on the results of the implementation of the Jakpreneur program, the results obtained are in the form of increased MSME empowerment as seen from 6 aspects, namely Developing various entrepreneurial potentials, improving utilization, especially the quality of human resources; Striving to reduce unemployment and reduce poverty rates, Quality, independent, resilient entrepreneurs, Increasing productivity and competitiveness of MSMEs and SMEs and Policy direction and support. The results of this study also indicate that the empowerment services carried out by the Sub-Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, and MSMEs are running effectively to positively impact the development of MSME businesses in the Jakarta area.]]>
