Toyopack Prima Mandiri is a company operating in the service industry. This study aims to examine the influence of job descriptions and job specifications on employee performance at PT. Toyopack Prima Mandiri. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to all 50 employees of the company using a saturated sampling (census) technique. This study employed a quantitative research approach, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between the independent variables (job description and job specification) and the dependent variable (employee performance). All statistical analyses were performed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. The results of the study indicate that the Job Description variable has a positive and statistically significant partial effect on employee performance, with a calculated t-value of 2.804, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.011, and a significance value below 0.05. Likewise, the Job Specification variable also has a positive and statistically significant partial effect on employee performance, with a calculated t-value of 2.573, which exceeds the t-table value of 2.011, and a significance value of 0.013, which is less than 0.05. Furthermore, the simultaneous F-test shows that the calculated F-value of 42.351 is greater than the F-table value of 3.19, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the independent variables jointly have a significant effect on employee performance. The findings demonstrate that job description and job specification simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with job specification showing a relatively stronger effect than job description. These results suggest that establishing clear job descriptions and appropriate job specifications can improve employee performance and contribute to organizational effectiveness.
