<![CDATA[Employee performance is a key factor in supporting the operational effectiveness of banking companies. This study aims to determine the influence of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at Bank Jakarta Kantor Cabang Utama Balaikota, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The study population consists of 79 people with a sample of 66 respondents determined using the Slovin formula, and data were collected through questionnaires analyzed using SPSS 26. Partial test results show that work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 12.562, greater than the t-table of 1.669 with a significance of 0.000, contributing 53,2% partially. Work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 12.634, greater than the t-table of 1.669 with a significance of 0.000, also contributing 53,5% partially. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect with an F-value of 206.156, greater than the F-table of 3.14, and an R Square value of 0.867, meaning work environment and work discipline are able to explain 86.7% of the variation in employee performance.]]>
