The growth of digital sports services offers startups the opportunity to integrate the needs of users, sports facility providers, and support services into a single platform. However, the nature of digital startups in the early stages of development introduces various uncertainties that can impact goal achievement and business sustainability. This study analyzes risk management implementation at Sportivo a sports service platform startup using the ISO 31000:2018 framework. The risk management process involved establishing the scope, context, and criteria, followed by risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and treatment based on likelihood and impact levels. The analysis identified 27 risks stemming from both internal and external environments. Based on likelihood and impact, nine risks fell into the "very high" category and were prioritized for treatment. Risk treatment involved mitigation strategies tailored to the specific characteristics of each risk, particularly regarding marketing, operations, finance, economics, and technology. Post-mitigation evaluation showed a reduction in exposure levels for priority risks, although some risks still require ongoing monitoring.
