<![CDATA[− Karuna Management is an influencer management agency based in South Jakarta. Currently, the registration of influencers and the ordering of services are conducted via WhatsApp for communication and Excel or Google Sheets for data storage. This method is inefficient, time-consuming, and prone to errors, making data management challenging. Therefore, this reserarch seeks to create and develop a web-based information system for influencer registration and service ordering to enhance operational efficiency. The system is developed using the Waterfall method, with system modeling based on Unified Modeling Language (UML), including Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. The proposed system is expected to streamline the influencer registration process, simplify service ordering, and improve data accuracy and integration. By implementing this system, Karuna Management can reduce administrative workload, optimize data management, and generate more accurate and structured reports.]]>
