This study aims to analyze the effect of digital literacy and financial inclusion on Generation Z’s participation in the Indonesian Capital Market. The study is motivated by the rapid development of digital technology and the increasingly broad access to financial services, which are expected to encourage young people’s involvement in investment activities in the capital market. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of Generation Z in Indonesia, with a sample of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires using a four-point Likert scale and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The data analysis techniques included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, partial testing (t-test), simultaneous testing (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on Generation Z’s participation in the Indonesian Capital Market. Financial inclusion also has a positive and significant effect on Generation Z’s participation. Simultaneously, digital literacy and financial inclusion have a positive and significant effect on Generation Z’s participation in the Indonesian Capital Market. These findings support the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), which explains that knowledge, perceptions, and individual abilities can influence intentions and behavior. Therefore, improving digital literacy and expanding financial inclusion are important factors in encouraging Generation Z to participate as investors in the Indonesian Capital Market.
