This research is based on the increasing purchase of skincare products through e-commerce that requires business actors to pay attention to service quality and price perception as factors forming consumer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality and price perception on consumer satisfaction on the purchase of skincare products through e-commerce. This study used a quantitative approach with a causal/associative design. Research populations are consumers who have purchased skincare products through e-commerce, using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the partial or simultaneous effects of free variables on bound variables. The results of the study show that good quality of service, such as product information clarity, fast response, transaction security, and delivery accuracy, can improve consumer satisfaction. Positive price perception, including affordability, fairness, competitiveness, and price compatibility with product benefits, also plays a role in forming satisfaction. The implications of this study suggest that skincare business actors in e-commerce need to improve service quality and set competitive prices to create a satisfactory shopping experience for consumers.
