This study aims to anaIyze the effect of credit risk management and bank-specific factors on the financial performance of banking companies in Indonesia. The independent variables include Non-Performing Loan Ratio, CapitaI Adequacy Ratio, Loan Loss Provision Ratio, Cost-to-Income Ratio, and Average Lending Rate, with firm size and inflation as control variables. This study uses secondary data from 30 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020–2024, selected through purposive sampling, and anaIyzed using panel data regression with the Random Effect Model. The results show that Loan Loss Provision Ratio and Cost-to-Income Ratio have a significant negative effect on Return on Assets, while Average Lending Rate has a significant positive effect. For Return on Equity, only firm size has a significant positive effect. These findings provide practical impIications for bank management in improving operationaI efficiency, credit risk management, and lending rate strategies
