This report is a UI/UX evaluation of the Neraca Ilmu website at SMKN 4 Tanjungpinang. The research used a mixed method, namely the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and interviews, involving 92 respondents (students and teachers). The results show that functionally, the website is quite reliable with a positive pragmatic quality score (0.41), but it failed to provide an engaging and innovative experience, as shown by the negative hedonic quality score (-0.26). The most crucial finding is that all evaluation dimensions, including those with positive scores, were categorized as "Bad" when compared to the UEQ benchmark. As a recommendation, the report presents a redesigned prototype using Figma, which aims to improve the attractiveness, functionality, and novelty aspects to provide a more optimal user experience.
