<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the influence of individual and situational factors on employee performance, with cyberloafing serving as an intervening variable, focusing on PT Telkom Akses IndiHome in Sorong City. Data were obtained through questionnaires (primary data) as well as observations and direct interviews with relevant personnel at the PT Telkom Akses IndiHome Sorong office. This is a quantitative study employing a descriptive approach. The findings indicate that individual and situational factors—mediated by the intervening variable of cyberloafing—have a significant positive influence on employee performance. The individual factor was found to be the most dominant influence on employee performance at PT Telkom Akses IndiHome Sorong City, as it exhibited the strongest relative impact compared to the other variables. The results demonstrate that individual factors, situational factors, and cyberloafing behavior all play a role in enhancing employee performance. Therefore, the company needs to pay attention to the characteristics and conditions of individual employees and foster a work environment that supports productivity. Managing the use of the internet and company facilities for non-work-related activities is also essential to ensure optimal employee performance in alignment with organizational targets.]]>
