The banking sector in Indonesia is currently experiencing rapid growth, evidenced by the increasing number of banks listed and active on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study aims to explain the impact of capital structure, profitability, and firm growth on firm value. The study population comprises 46 banking sub-sector companies listed on the IDX during the 2021–2025 period. Data collection employed purposive sampling, utilizing a sample of 170 observations derived from 34 companies over the five-year period, with analysis performed using SPSS software. The results reveal a positive relationship between capital structure and firm value, indicating that increased debt raises firm value when managed optimally; a positive relationship between profitability and firm value, meaning any increase in profit boosts firm value; and no significant relationship between firm growth and firm value.
