<![CDATA[Construction projects often encounter challenges that influence schedule, cost, and quality performance. One significant issue is material distribution delay, which may occur due to logistical problems, supplier dependency, and inadequate material management. Such delays can reduce productivity, extend project duration, and increase costs because of additional resource utilization. This study aims to analyze the impact of material distribution delays on time and cost performance in the Road Area Improvement Project of Jl. Manunggal Jaya Provincial Road Section Kampung Kayu Indah (HTI) by PT. Wana Kaltim Lestari in Berau Regency. The research method involved primary and secondary data collection, including work volume, material requirements, project schedules, and implementation data. Analysis was conducted by identifying dominant materials, calculating requirements, and simulating the effect of distribution delays on effective working hours. The results show that delays in material distribution decrease effective working hours, reducing labor and equipment productivity. Consequently, daily work output decreases and project completion becomes longer than planned. Significant delays may extend project duration up to 90 days and increase costs due to prolonged resource use. Effective material distribution management is therefore essential to maintain project performance and minimize delay risks through proper planning, monitoring, and control systems during construction activities.]]>
