The implementation of the Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) is mandatory in the provision of construction services, as stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Housing (Permen PUPR) Number 10 of 2021. The implementation of SMKK aims to ensure worker safety, public safety, asset protection, and the sustainability of construction project activities. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of SMKK in the State House Rehabilitation Project of the Class III Non-TPI Immigration Office in Tanjung Redeb based on the provisions of Permen PUPR Number 10 of 2021. The research employed a descriptive-evaluative method using a document study approach. Data were obtained from the Construction Safety Plan (RKK), Detailed Engineering Design (DED), Work and Requirements Specifications (RKS), Owner’s Estimate (HPS), and Final Supervision Report. The analysis was conducted by comparing the implementation in the project against five main elements of SMKK: leadership and worker participation, construction safety planning, construction safety support, construction safety operations, and construction safety performance evaluation. The results show that the implementation of SMKK in the project has adhered to the principles stipulated in Permen PUPR Number 10 of 2021 through the preparation and implementation of the RKK, administrative supervision, technical supervision, and quality control during project execution. The construction safety planning aspect has been well documented, while leadership and worker participation, construction safety support, construction safety operations, and performance evaluation have been implemented but still require strengthening, particularly in the documentation of toolbox meetings, internal safety audits, near-miss reporting, and occupational safety training. This study recommends improving the quality of SMKK implementation documentation to support continuous improvement in the management of construction projects.
