This study aims to analyze the role of music teachers who are members of the Dream Teacher band group in Semarang Regency in supporting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4 (Quality Education), as well as describe the form of creativity in the arrangement of the song "Keramat" as an innovative music learning medium. Using a qualitative approach of case studies, data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that the role of teachers in supporting SDGs 4 is realized through the provision of access to free music facilities, the implementation of inclusive learning and gender equality, the strengthening of musical literacy-numeracy, the instillation of global citizenship values, and the provision of a safe learning environment under the guidance of qualified educators. In addition, the creativity of the arrangement of the song "Keramat" formulates a new aesthetic identity in the Rockdutgenre that combines the distortion of electric guitars, synthesizers, and drum rhythms progressively with tempo variations, scale modulation, as well as free reversal, inversion, and sequence techniques. This study concludes that the collaboration of teachers' musicality is able to transform art education in an inclusive, educative, and fun way..
