<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of employee work discipline in improving employee performance at PT Pumasera Mitra Sejahtera. The research employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive method to obtain an in-depth understanding of the implementation of work discipline within the company. Data collection techniques were carried out through data triangulation, including observation, interviews, and documentation, in order to ensure the accuracy and objectivity of the data obtained. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of work discipline contributes positively to improving employee performance. Work discipline that is applied contextually, supported by strict enforcement of regulations, work efficiency, and a collaborative culture, is able to create a productive, harmonious, and service-oriented work environment. In addition, work discipline plays an important role in completing tasks on time, conducting preventive verification of work errors, managing work more effectively, and optimizing employee capacity. Therefore, work discipline is not only a form of compliance with company regulations, but also a moral value that can increase consumer trust in the company.]]>
