This study examined user acceptance of the Regional Government Information System at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of South Sumatra Province by applying the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model. The study was conducted because system implementation had still faced technical constraints, differences in user capabilities, and account limitations that could affect system acceptance and use. A quantitative survey approach was applied to 58 employees who used the system and were selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed that effort expectancy and social influence had positive and significant effects on behavioral intention, while performance expectancy had no significant effect. Facilitating conditions and behavioral intention had positive and significant effects on use behavior. Age, gender, and experience did not significantly moderate the tested relationships. The study concluded that ease of use, social support, facilitating conditions, and user intention had been important factors in encouraging actual system acceptance and use.
