The rapid development of information technology demands educational institutions to continuously improve the quality of their human resources, particularly through the evaluation and selection of professional and objective educators. At SMK Negeri 1 Mandrehe Barat, the process of selecting the best teacher has occasionally faced challenges regarding objectivity and efficiency in handling multiple assessment criteria. Therefore, a decision support system capable of processing various assessment criteria accurately and transparently is required. This study aims to build a web-based decision support system for selecting the best teacher by combining the Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP and Simple Additive Weighting SAW methods. The AHP method is used to systematically calculate the weight of each assessment criterion, while the SAW method is utilized to rank teacher alternatives based on their total preference values. The system was developed using the waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing using the black-box method. This web-based application was built to facilitate the school administration in managing assessment data and displaying ranking results quickly and informatively. The results indicate that the combination of the AHP and SAW methods can provide objective, effective, and transparent recommendations for selecting the best teacher for the management of SMK Negeri 1 Mandrehe Barat.
