Electronic medical record filling behavior is an important indicator in ensuring the quality of health services because it serves as the main source of information in the patient care process, clinical decision-making, and service quality evaluation. Good knowledge and positive attitudes will improve nurses' skills and encourage the formation of good and consistent behavior in carrying out their duties. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between nurses' knowledge and attitudes with electronic medical record filling. The research design used is analytical with a cross-sectional approach. The study sample consist of 32 nurses in the Rindu A1-A6 inpatient wards with a stratified proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire to measure nurses' knowledge, attitudes, and behavior. Data analysis used the chi-square test. The results show high knowledge from 17 people (53.1%), positive attitudes from 18 people (56.3%), and electronic medical record filling behavior from 21 people (65.6%). The results of the Chi-square statistical test obtain a p-value of 0, 004 (p<0.05) for knowledge and 0,027 (p<0.05) for attitude, so it is concluded that there was a significant relationship between knowledge and attitude with the behavior of filling out electronic medical records.
