<![CDATA[Job readiness is one of the key factors that trainees must possess to enter the workforce. However, the suboptimal implementation of on-the-job training programs and varying levels of trainee motivation are believed to influence trainees' job readiness. This study aims to determine the effect of on-the-job training programs and motivation on the job readiness of trainees at the Digital Creative Center Jakarta. This study employed a quantitative research method. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The sample consisted of 68 respondents selected from a population of 215 trainees using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 27 through data quality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that the on-the-job training program has a positive and significant effect on job readiness, motivation has a positive and significant effect on job readiness, and the on-the-job training program and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the job readiness of trainees at the Digital Creative Center Jakarta.]]>
