<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, product diversity, and Mobile Banking security on customer satisfaction at the Bank Muamalat Sub-Branch Office of Muara Bungo. The method used is quantitative research with an associative approach. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 95 respondents who are customers of Bank Muamalat Sub-Branch Office of Muara Bungo and who use the Mobile Banking service. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with the sample size determined through the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²) with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics. The results of the study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, product diversity has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while Mobile Banking security has a positive direction of relationship but does not have a significant partial effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, service quality, product diversity, and Mobile Banking security have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.878, indicating that the three independent variables are able to explain 87.8% of the variation in customer satisfaction, while the remaining 12.2% is explained by other factors outside the research model.]]>
