This study aims to analyze the influence of Internship Experience, Soft Skills, Self-Efficacy, and Work Interest on the Work Readiness of final-year students at the Faculty of Economics, Gunadarma University. This study employs a quantitative research method using primary data collected through a questionnaire distributed to 160 respondents—students in the 2022 cohort of the Management Program at Gunadarma University across five campus locations who have undertaken or are currently undertaking an internship program. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the study indicate that Internship Experience has a positive and significant effect on Work Readiness, with a path coefficient of 0.347, a T-statistic of 7.791, and a P-value of 0.000. Soft Skills, Self-Efficacy, and Work Interest were also found to have a positive and significant effect on Work Readiness. Internship Experience is the most dominant variable, followed by Self-Efficacy, Soft Skills, and Work Interest, with a combined contribution of 72.7%. These findings indicate that the better students' internship experience, soft skills, self-efficacy, and work interest are, the higher their work readiness.
