This study aimed to determine milk production and quality in SAE dairy goats experiencing heat stress by applying treatments involving fan use with different durations. The research was conducted at El Fitra Farm in Padang City, using 4 SAE goats in their first lactation. The study used an experimental design with a 4×4 Latin Square Design (LSD). The treatments consisted of A: no fan; B: 1 hour of fan; C: 3 hours of fan; and D: 5 hours of fan. The observed parameters included milk production and milk quality. We analyzed the data using analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results showed that different fan durations had no significant effect (P>0.05) on milk production or milk quality in lactating dairy goats. Milk production in goats treated with different fan durations ranged from 1.01 to 1.59 kg/head/day. Meanwhile, the milk fat content ranged from 5.14 to 6.21%. The milk protein content ranged from 3.64 to 4.00%. The lactose content ranged from 3.45 to 4.03%. Total solids ranged from 12.59 to 14.06%. Different fan durations did not affect milk production or quality in lactating dairy goats experiencing heat stress.
