This study was conducted at Pintoe Kayoe Coffee in East Jakarta to identify and analyze the influence of rewards and punishments both individually and simultaneously on employee productivity. Using a census method, all 37 employees of Pintoe Kayoe Coffee in East Jakarta participated as respondents in this quantitative study. Data were collected via online questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS software, encompassing data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The t-test results indicate that rewards (X1) have a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y). The t-value for punishment (X2) was 0.140—below the t-table value of 2.032—with a significance level of 0.890 (> 0.05); thus, punishment does not exert a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, the F-test yielded a calculated F-value of 8.834 (exceeding the F-table value of 3.28) with a significance level of 0.001 (below 0.05), indicating that rewards and punishments have a significant influence on employee performance. Based on the coefficient of determination (R²), the variation in employee performance is largely explained (61.2%) by the reward and punishment variables, while external factors account for the remaining 38.8%.
