<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of individual characteristics, competence, and knowledge sharing on employee performance at the Department of Education and Culture of Tana Toraja Regency. This study employed a quantitative approach using a multiple linear regression analysis method. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires distributed to employees of the Department of Education and Culture of Tana Toraja Regency. The population and sample consisted of 40 employees, selected using a saturated sampling technique, in which all members of the population were included as research respondents. The data obtained were analyzed to examine both the partial and simultaneous effects of individual characteristics, competence, and knowledge sharing on employee performance. The results indicate that individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Competence also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that employees with better competencies tend to demonstrate higher levels of performance. Furthermore, knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, individual characteristics, competence, and knowledge sharing significantly influence employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening employee characteristics, competence, and knowledge-sharing practices to improve organizational performance and service quality.]]>
