This study aimed to describe employee performance, non-physical work environment, and work motivation, as well as to analyze the effects of non-physical work environment and work motivation on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The study involved 50 employees of the Civil Service Police Unit and Fire Department of Sikka Regency using a census or saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that employee performance, non-physical work environment, and work motivation were categorized as good. The hypothesis testing indicated that non-physical work environment and work motivation had positive and significant effects on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination was 27.9%, indicating that non-physical work environment and work motivation contributed 27.9% to employee performance, while the remaining 72.1% was influenced by other factors outside the research model.
