<![CDATA[Pregnant women’s knowledge of warning signs of pregnancy is a critical factor that can influence their behavior in utilizing antenatal care services as a means of early detection of pregnancy complications. Low levels of knowledge may lead to delays in seeking medical assistance and increase the risk of maternal and neonatal complications. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between pregnant women’s knowledge of warning signs of pregnancy and their adherence to antenatal care at Kuala Kurun Regional General Hospital. The study employed a quantitative approach with an observational analytical design and a cross-sectional study design. The sample consisted of 30 pregnant women selected using total sampling. Data were collected via a knowledge questionnaire and an observation sheet for antenatal visit adherence, then analyzed using the Contingency Coefficient test at a 95% significance level. The results showed that the majority of respondents had good knowledge (86.7%) and good antenatal care adherence (83.3%). Bivariate analysis revealed a significant and strong association between pregnant women’s knowledge of pregnancy danger signs and antenatal care adherence (p=0.000; r=0.659). This study concludes that the better a mother’s knowledge of pregnancy danger signs, the higher her adherence to antenatal care visits. These findings support the importance of strengthening maternal health education as a strategy to improve ANC adherence and support the early detection of pregnancy complications. ]]>
