Abstract

The spread Tuberkulosis cases in Indonesia, especially in East Java Province, is still relatively high. The number of individuals infected with tuberculosis can be modeled using the SEIR model. The prediction number of individuals infected tuberculosis is needed to prevent an increase in the risk of the disease. The number of individuals infected with tuberculosis is predicted using Kalman Filter method with a linearized and discreatized SEIR model.
