This study aims to analyze the effect of Entrepreneurial Mindset and Local Resources on the Success of the Rambak Thematic Village Program in Pandean Lamper Village. This study employed a quantitative approach with 75 respondents selected using total sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS. The results showed that Entrepreneurial Mindset had a positive and significant effect on the Success of the Rambak Thematic Village Program, with a t-value of 7.031 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Local Resources also had a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 3.663 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, Entrepreneurial Mindset and Local Resources had a significant effect on program success, with an F-value of 123.21 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The R Square value of 0.774 indicates that both variables explain 77.4% of program success, while 22.6% is explained by other factors outside the study.
