Mothers of children with autism face heavy psychological and emotional burdens, making family support essential for building the resilience needed to care for their children. This study aimed to determine the relationship between family support and resilience among mothers of children with autism at SLBN Prof. Dr. Sri Soedewi Masjchun Sofwan, S.H., Jambi City. This study used a quantitative correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 48 mothers selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected using the Family Support questionnaire and the Resilience Scale (RS-14), then analyzed using the Spearman-rho test. The results showed that most respondents received a moderate level of family support (75.0%) and had a high level of resilience (45.8%). Statistical test results showed a significance value of <0.001 (p<0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.566, indicating a positive relationship of moderate strength between family support and resilience. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between family support and resilience among mothers of children with autism; the higher the family support received by mothers, the higher their level of resilience in caring for children with autism. Health workers and schools are advised to actively involve families in educational programs and psychosocial support to strengthen maternal resilience.
