This study develops an Arduino-based automatic plant watering prototype for SMAN 1 Beber. The system combines a TMP36 temperature sensor, a soil moisture sensor, a DS3231 real-time clock, and a relay-controlled pump. Twelve fuzzy rules map temperature and a relative moisture index to singleton watering durations of 2–18 seconds. The output calculation selects the consequent associated with the largest rule firing strength. Pump calibration comprised ten repetitions at each duration of 5, 10, 15, and 20 seconds. Reanalysis of these measurements yielded an overall mean discharge of 35.20 ml/s, with mean discharge by duration ranging from 33.20 to 36.93 ml/s. In a separate two-container test, applying 350 ml increased the sensor reading by an average of 265 units. At 28.35°C and a moisture-index reading of 694.09, the dominant-rule calculation selected 6 seconds, matching the reported LCD display. Scheduled operation used 08:00, 13:00, and 17:00. The prototype demonstrates scheduled actuation and consistency of the reported calculation for one operating condition. The moisture index is not interpreted as calibrated volumetric water content. Water savings and maintenance of the target range require further testing with post-irrigation measurements and a comparison treatment.
