This research investigates how competence, self-concept, and job satisfaction both on their own and combined shape employee performance at PT Putera Domas Perkasa in Surabaya. All 55 employees of the firm were included as respondents using a census (total-sampling) approach and a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire. The data were analysed using multiple linear regression in SPSS 25. The findings reveal that each variable contributes a positive and meaningful partial effect on performance, while jointly accounting for 92.9% of the variation observed. The findings suggest that continuously strengthening competence, fostering healthy self-concept, and maintaining job satisfaction are practical levers the company can use to improve employee performance. These findings indicate that improving employee performance requires support through an integrated and sustainable human resource management strategy. Companies should also conduct regular evaluations of competency, self-concept, and job satisfaction to ensure all three continue to contribute optimally to employee performance.
