This study aims to analyze the effects of Servant Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Compensation on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 1 Jeumpa, both partially and simultaneously. The study used a quantitative survey approach. The population consisted of all 31 teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Jeumpa, and the entire population was selected using saturated sampling (total sampling). Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25.0. The analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, correlation analysis, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that Servant Leadership has a positive and significant partial effect on Teacher Performance, with a t-value of 5.116 > 2.052 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Emotional Intelligence has no significant partial effect, with a t-value of -0.612 and a significance value of 0.546 > 0.05. Compensation has a positive and significant partial effect, with a t-value of 2.349 > 2.052 and a significance value of 0.026 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly affect Teacher Performance, with an F-value of 10.890 > 2.96 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The correlation coefficient is 0.740, indicating a strong relationship, while R² of 0.548 shows that 54.8% of the variation in Teacher Performance is explained by the three variables.
