<![CDATA[The physical fitness and cadet training program for new students involves physical activities, marching exercises, ceremonial training, and mental and character development, which require adequate attention to participants’ health and safety. This community service activity aimed to implement safety management and health monitoring for students participating in the Physical Fitness and Cadet Training Program at SMK Negeri 2 Pati. The activity used mentoring, observation of participants’ conditions during activities, monitoring of health complaints, attention to rest and hydration needs, coordination with teachers and trainers, as well as documentation and evaluation. The results showed that the assistance supported monitoring of students’ physical conditions during activities, early identification of complaints such as dizziness, weakness, nausea, and pain, and coordination of further management when necessary. The activity also supported a more orderly training process while maintaining participants’ safety. Evaluation indicated the need for more structured health monitoring, physical condition mapping, appropriate rest periods, and stronger coordination among the school, trainers, and supporting team.
