Lake Maninjau has significant natural and fisheries potential for ecotourism and community economic development. However, its utilization remains limited by inadequate tourism facilities, low-value fisheries processing, weak business institutions, and limited digital marketing. This community service activity aimed to empower the community through ecotourism development, tilapia product processing, MSME strengthening, and digitalization to support a sustainable Blue Economy in Nagari Maninjau. Activities were conducted through training, hands-on practice, mentoring, and institutional strengthening. The results included the establishment of a POKDARWIS working unit, development of floating tourism facilities and directional signage, production of tilapia nuggets and fish-skin chips, formation of an MSME team, development of tourism packages, and introduction to digital marketplaces and marketing. These results demonstrate increased community capacity and readiness to manage tourism and local products sustainably.
