This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the consumption patterns of farming households in Tongke-Tongke Village, Sinjai Regency. A quantitative approach utilizing a survey method was employed. Primary data were collected via questionnaires from 55 farmer respondents selected using Slovin's formula. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the influence of income (X1), head-of-household education (X2), number of family dependents (X3), consumer preferences (X4), commodity prices (X5), and environmental factors (X6) on consumption patterns (Y). The results indicate that, collectively, all independent variables significantly influence consumption patterns. Individually, income, family size, consumer preferences, and commodity prices exert a positive and significant influence. Conversely, the head-of-household's education and environmental factors do not show a significant influence. These findings suggest that the consumption patterns of farmers in Tongke-Tongke Village are determined more by economic factors (income, prices) and demographic factors (number of dependents) than by social factors (education) or environmental factors.
